We, at Manipal Hospital, have gone back to the roots of the medical profession. Where, compassion, selfless service and a personal bonding between the doctor and the patient existed. Over the last few years we have successfully changed the relationship of treating a patient as a customer to a guest and now are on the threshold of re-defining defining them as a blood relative. Manipal Hospital, Bangalore has instituted a Department of Corporate Relations with a dedicated staff functioning 24x7 for the benefit of Medically Insured Patients in the hospital and for the Insurance agencies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) who insure them. It also caters to Corporate Companies, PSUs, All Insurance Companies and foreign Insurance Companies.
This department is a one-stop information centre for all the insured patients, Insurance Companies and their investigators, as well as TPAs. The department works closely with all the clinical departments and administration of the hospital to ensure that the customers are attended with utmost care.

There is a Patient Relations Officer to whom you can make formal complaints either verbally or in writing. The complaints will be investigated and followed up by appropriate personnel. You will receive a substantive reply to any complaint within a reasonable period of time with an indication of any action that has been or will be taken.
